Multipurpose Hall Rental: RM350 + 5% (Max 6 hours). Each Additional Hr - RM 200 + 5%
MACP & PPM License: RM250 + 5%
Setting up Fee per set of 1 Table + 10 Chairs + 1 Tablecloth: RM RM30 + 5%We will need about 15 sets - RM450 +5%
Optionals:
Part-time Workers: RM10 per staff per hour
Backdrop Charges: RM 200 + 10%
30 L Draft Beer Keg: RM 676 + 5%

Wah, backdrop RM200 very expensive ler...hotels don't charge for backdrops and even if they do, it normally doesn't exceed RM100. Unless you're getting the good quality stick on backdrop? Table cloths also...ask for free la.. they will get back their money from alcohol and corkage anyways...
